@ktisushi – once i’ve watched a flow a couple times, i nearly always mute it, start my own music, then place the video full screen just as a silent guide. bit more work? maybe, but worth it cause my music is always of my own choosing :)

This is such a shame! I couldn’t go further past the 5′ and I tried but this music is so annoying!! Though the routines are very excellent, I have to place another music on the top of it or just turn it down but what’s the point once I don’t hear your voice anymore! :(( Anyway, keep on with your fantastic work but pleaaase, change the background musiiic!!

I agree its hard and quick but the point is, if she would clarify every single go… you will just skip to the go. Even watching this makes me feel excellent and hey, she’s an expert and helping you to lose weight. Just hush.

@JESSIIImadden i dont reckon so, weight has nothing to do with strength girl .. in fact your muscles may need more nutrients so it has something to work with..

This video is bordering on perilous, there are some positions here which require preparation and supervision. This should be advertised as advanced level…

Tara, how am I supposed to do that go at 3:29? i’m worried i might fall or worse, twist my hand or something, because i never did yoga before, never took any yoga class either. is it ok not to lift both feet , or just keep one foot on the ground?

Hya, just wanted to say how much i like this four wk program, and all the vidoes you’ve posted. i find them perfect for fitting in to a busy lifestyle. I can do one when i’m busy and do a few back to back when i need to really work my body and de-stress my mind, also wonderful for meditation preperation :)
    Thanks so much! XX

@rachelgracebabe hya, just thought i’d say that a way to keep from slipping on your mat is to use the very tips of the fingers, so your palms and tips of the fingers are pressed into the mat, it doesn’t matter if the middle knuckles come up from the mat slightly, this should increase your stability :)

@nowayjose65 Yeah I agree with you there. Me and my BF tried that diet method after a friend of us suggested it. He was all excited but we were quite skeptical, and never believed in all these BS courses. But you know what it turns out to be the best solution we ever have tried. Is it excellent/terrible if I do the routines 7 days a week? I am not pushing myself too much – I just need the workout every day to keep my mind in line…
