Stout Combust Factors (just google it) kept on appearing here on different Youtube videos and I thought they are scams. But after my sister used it, and lost alot of unwanted fats, Im persuaded. Dont take my word for it, search for Stout Combust Factors on google(:

Ok we should eat carbs… but if i don’t exercice, i won’t lose weight! So that’s the same as eating fats, we ha8eto exercice anyway. Carbs will make you gain weight if you don’t exercice. (escuse my english, im french)

Everything is fine now. The first 2 weeks were uncomfortable, but stomach is flat and there is no crazy bloating anymore^^ Thank you for this information though. I’ll write it down and look into it for any future problems.

You need to do candida cleanse, when you have candida overgrowth in your body you have bloating and constipation. Take psyllium husk and zeolite at night. If you have a serious constipation then start with a tea spoon of psyllium husk and a tea spoon of zeolite (you can buy it oo Amazon dot com). Excellent Luck!

Is extreme bloating and constipation normal when making the switch? I look 7 months pregnant. Hoping it’s just the adjustment.

Maybe you should make yourself not want to eat meat for animal reasons as well. You could watch Earthlings for example. It’s a lot simpler to stay away from something because you reckon it’s yucky and unethical, rather than just wanting to do so for health reasons. Or you could of course just try having a lot of willpower. Anyway, hope you find a way :)

That’s what I’ve been trying to do, but I honestly have always had a weak spot for meat, so obviously the only reason for me wanting to become vegan is for health and weight reasons first..And so every time I really plot to be healthier and eat healthier, my mum makes these huge tasty meals that include meat in them :/ so I find myself helpless to my mums home cooking :(

I’m 16 and live at home, so I basically just started making my own food. A excellent thought is to search for vegan recipes and find the ones that suit you the best. It’s quite simple to eat vegan without having to use a lot of weird foods, you could eat a lot of fruit, some greens, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds etc. You can also try talking to your mother and tell her why you want to go vegan. Hope that helped somehow, excellent luck :) Feel free to question me about anything ~

I want to go vegan but It’s hard when I live at home and my mom is all weird with what I eat since she’s Japanese and she isn’t familiar with alot of foods and also very stubborn. Any advice??
