Of course, how we take care of our physical bodies as well as our stress and anxiety levels have a lot to do with the health of our immune system and our health in general. Over the years there have been an enormous amount of studies on the mind-body connection including relaxation strategies, bio feedback, meditation techniques, energy therapies and others.
